First, I want to highlight Zakaria at the reception. His warm smile and welcoming demeanor immediately made me feel at home. Zakaria went above and beyond to assist me with my inquiries, always ready with helpful suggestions and a genuine desire to ensure my stay was comfortable. His professionalism combined with his friendly attitude made a significant difference in my experience. I also want to commend Mohamed, the bellman. His cheerful personality and eagerness to help were evident from the moment I arrived. Mohamed not only handled my luggage with care but also provided valuable insights about the hotel and local attractions. His attentiveness and willingness to assist made my transition into the hotel seamless and enjoyable. Together, Zakaria and Mohamed embody the exceptional service that Hotel Majestic stands for. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty. I'm quite a big dude, so I need to eat a lot and the breakfast definitely did not disappoint. It was a nice contrast to even most restaurants. I was very pleasantly surprised to see a clean and put together room, since quite a lot of reviews mentioned dirty rooms and even cockroaches. I didn't end up seeing a single one tho, so they've probably dealt with the problem. Their receptionist was really friendly and professionally dressed as well.
